So to any newbies, get far away from these guys in my opinion, you can take formal classes, read this site and ask questions and there is absolutely nothing in real estate that is done honestly and legally that you can't learn without these guys.Oh, and that I don't have time to learn angle, well, if your time is that valuable, why are you doing real estate, hire someone to buy for you and have you legal staff take care of it.

Although, they appeared to have a solid funding program up to $750K but I was turned off multiple times due to unprofessional behavior by some of staff and how they carried themselves.
