We estimate the average noncooperating Class C tenant takes us 15+ hours between filling out the forms for them, numerous property visits to get their signatures and documents, following up with overworked caseworkers an average of 7 times, etc.We debated about this post, hoping to create an open discussion and get feedback, but worried about being harshly judged without all the facts.

@Nicole Obregon Yes, someone’s past does Not dectate there future , As a landlord I have given people second and third chances with home rentel and they becomw mIdel rentets , I truly hate to hear about landlords who are so harsh on people who have had prior evictions as if they too have never made an error of judgment or bad luck in there lives some landlords are so judgmental there shoes squick when they walk I am so blessed to be a landlord so I can help people get back on there feet again!!!
