Price cabinets and such as well. also ,to hire a painter it runs about $200 per gallon. equaling about $200 per room. a good way to cheat is to figure $100 per square foot on repairs. =1,000 sqft=10k in repairs. not always right but a ball park. 

I know some of the cottages have been there for 50+ years and may have 50 gallon drums for septic tanks.
