Dear BP family, I am finally on my way to start my small business.

I'm willing to take any advice to get better deals and make a better future for my portfolio and my family.

BP family- I bought a duplex with an attached ADU in a great part of San Francisco (lower pac heights, 94115) about a year ago.

My family has been running businesses over 50 years and I have been in the real estate world for over a decade.

Third reason, which I think many people here in the south have, (and possibly the north), is that the homes for her family are all already paid off.

If it's just a two-family, or really with any amount of units, I would send the same notice to all parties so it's clear that it is addressed to everyone (even though it's because of one tenant).
