@Lawrence Moore, ya the school has really exploded the last five years.

Not to be contradictory but I have owned in Fishtown for 3 years and I would say with the nightlife exploding and new construction there it has definitely arrived.

Seattle has just exploded because of AMZ and the start-ups that branched from Microsoft oh! 

Houston and Texas have exploding suburban growth, often because we just have so much land and space to grow. 

This is when I noticed that the local market was exploding and local real estate companies were having a hard time keeping up.

There's a huge pent up demand that's going to explode once vacation rentals open up.
