No knock on your goals, but a lot of people think they want to be in real estate... until they realize the work that goes into it and the responsibility that it entails. 

In the end, I just want to answer all of you who took the time to respond to this thread, who disagreed with my assertions, and who made me better for it.

Sometimes this also entails working for the same employer for many years as one of the people I have in mind has worked for the same company for 20 plus years.

It's assumed that has yet to happen because, if so, the research entailed would have answered the question.Does this strategy fit into your overall long term vision?

It sounds like the brick veneer will need to be substantially removed by a brick mason and a qualified contractor will be needed to address proper support for repair for a 10.5 foot span on the entry.Question is: any idea how serious this can be and what a ballpark costs this would entail and strategy to deal with this with the seller?

I will be looking into this further to see what their screening process entails and if we as property managers are able to review the information.
