There is a huge disconnect between the economic impact and housing market/stock market, this could go on for a couple of years, but I believe it's evitable housing price will come down substantially in the next couple of years. 

Does that price include disconnection and reconnection of gas, water, sewer? 

Ask Zillow how that went...Yeah it seems like there is a big disconnect from what sellers of properties want and what buyers are willing to pay now   I'm thinking the sellers will step down their offer prices in order to move these properties   

I called everyone from A-P before I got a number that wasn't disconnected.

Not being able to turn on the power could be due to the property not having a main disconnect so the FSM could not check with a generator or a wiring/breaker issueI buy HUD homes for a living and my best advice is to only buy at a price that it still makes sense with the unknowns.
