I typically deliver all materials to the job site and I am still doing some of the work at the end of project like cleaning floors and windows, installing appliances, odds and ends stuff.

They generally will paint and do minor remodeling, rearrange your furniture or supply new furniture delivered and set up, add artwork to the walls, arrange for professional photos, etc. 

It's just a job where you trade time for money.There is no leverage, no equity, no tax benefits, no passivity, etc.I'd encourage you to radically pursue SAVE MODE and find ways in your current occupation to work overtime, deliver pizza on Fri/Sat nights, and cut back on eating out and entertainment. 

Reduce overhead: stop eating out, move somewhere cheaper, drive a terrible car, cut cable, sell your TV, etcMake more money: get a job promotion, work overtime, flip homes, deliver pizza, etcDetermine what is your highest dollar producing activity and do it as much as possible.

I deliver packages through amazon so I’m literally everywhere.

The bad news I had to deliver- they were responsible for the plumbing tab per our rental agreement. 

If you are not familiar, it is one of these gig style jobs when you deliver food from local restaurants right to the customers doorstep, similar to Grubhub or Uber Eats.

For labor, DO NOT pay for labor unless or until labor is expended and shows up on your job site in the form of completed work, but expect to pay for this on a weekly basis as work is "delivered". 

If you feel safe to do so I would  hand deliver it and have a brief conversation about the definition of guests.
