To give some background; I bought my rental property in Nov 2012 and on the day of closing did my final walk through of the house, while checking out the crawl space I noticed a small amount of water around a drain in the floor.

I've searched around and haven't found a solid answer for this due to all the "wholesaling takes NO money" stuff that is all over the web.

Probably 2 or 3K in materials, rest is labor, which I can handle on my own for the most part.Next thing is to get used to crawling around under these things, pretty scarey down there, and being in FLA, lots of nasty critters :Dkevin
