What market crash?

I purchased it in 2007 just before the crash and to date this past spring I feel like It finally got back to its original value.

If the foreigners were to leave the market, there would be a huge property crash.

It wakes you up, At least with Real estate I feel like I control my destiny. market might crash but i still own the properties. and were still making people who need to rent.

My main issue is I can’t backspace while composing a message without the page crashing.

Real estate didn't go down in value in the 2008 crash.

There are a few prominent folks out there predicting real estate price crashes driven by a foreclosure wave as forbearance ends.

It was after the crash I went to lawschool and became licensed as an attorney. 

Wondering if there are any recommendations for a crash course approach to maybe put me on track for finding the right SS option. 

We took out a mortgage to purchase the house initially, but when my in-laws sold their home and moved into the one across the street, they then gifted to us the proceeds from their house sale, which my wife and I used to pay off the mortgage of the new house 5 months later (September 2019).Meanwhile, in June, our tenant in the rental property (purchased as a vacation home in 2007 - 6 months before the real estate market crashed - but converted to a rental property in 2013) decided to stop paying his rent.
