Yes, you are correct.Being in a Rural area, I am finding that DSCR doesn't seem to be an option for me at this time.

So if an internet connection is not an option, my guess is that a credit card system will not be an option either?

But when you feel you have a decent net worth and a some money coming in you have the confidence to take a chance and be an agent, builder etc. 

I find my self telling every one I speak to friends, family, strangers, cats, dogs, ground hogs... that I'm very interested in REI and if they know anyone that mite be in a place, that mite not be an ideal dwelling I can help them with an easy way out. so I figure its about time to make it more official by giving them a tangible way to remember me by.   

What you brought in as a rental, especially a STR or MTR probably doesn’t matter. 90% chance your buyer will be an owner occupant, so they don’t care.Your account/history follows you, not the property.
