I have several different scenarios I'm wanting to do but I really need advice and a network/group/Meetup, etc. to bounce ideas around with.

Recently for the last couple of weeks, I have been bouncing around BP.

I've been reading books, blogs, watching videos, and analyzing a few northern California markets looking for deals.I'm interested in connecting with local investors to share and bounce ideas off each other.

Its always awesome to see like minded folks make themselves available for others to bounce ideas off of.  

Also, they bounced a few thousand worth of checks on me, which is a felony in NC.

Let me know if you have any questions or want to bounce ideas off of someone who has been in a similar situation.

If lots of clients weren't going to get their deposits, wouldn't you AT LEAST send out a mass email so they didn't bounce mortgage payments?

Have your attorney do this.I'm assuming the property is owner occupied and the seller is exempt from Dodd-Frank.Get a mortgage servicer involved to collect payments and the loan servicing requirements, the seller will get a check from them that shouldn't bounce!
