Tips for Efficiency - Any Advice

Recently for the last couple of weeks, I have been bouncing around BP. Not as much as I was in prior weeks since I've been picking up a lot of OT at work to fund my starting up in wholesale (I believe in the philosophy that it takes money, even if a little, to make money.)

With all that being said, I work a rapid rotation shift (12 hour shifts, couple days of day ****, couple days off, couple days night shift, couple days off, rinse and repeat.) Anyone who has ever worked one knows that it can be rewarding, but time consuming as well. This lead me to want to question, what are some of YOUR most time efficient tasks, strategies, techniques, whatever it may be, that allows you to operate your wholesale business. There are many things, from finding homes, negotiating, finding buyers, meeting with sellers, etc.

Some say it is the most simplest forms of REI, but truth is, it is just like any business and requires time. So feel free to share your favorite time efficient methods please.
