I've been a first responder too, had to call 911 on an unconscious and unresponsive drug overdosed tenant.

Could be all underwater lots, or could be drug dealer condos, or hoarder homes and everything in between.If you are not going to bid, at least figure out what you might be willing to bid on a few properties...then see what they sell for.
