Renters are all adults, I know there are no toys going down the toilets.

My tenants are all adult professionals, and so I think that goes a long way with that group (as opposed to college students who would probably take issue with me saying "Blessing").

I am considering getting into real estate investing as an adult and have been reading about different ways to get started.
