Most homeowners will quote you the existing Principle balance of the loan and not include the accrued interest and late fees since they stopped making payments.

Sometimes I think it is to rack up as many fees and accruing interest as possible so they can realize a bigger loss???????

I have had no curiosity to even check out what it is they are selling.
