They are an instrumental tool.By working slowly and steadily with a definate business plan, everyone can do well in real estate, but I am one who truly believes that that plan is a necessity.

OR can you find an article anywhere about a 1957 ranch burning down because the electric wiring was installed incorrectly by the builder...Again, I see your points here and want to draw the distinction that I am not suggesting anything substandard, just asking from an end-buyers perspective.I would say that a healthy respect for electric is pretty much a necessity for anyone working on a house.
