I ran this property through my investor software and the numbers are far better than any other multi family in the area.

I am looking for software that already has pre assigned unit pricing and or time to complete certain tasks.

Along with that I have experience with computers, software, eBay, websites and search engines.Long story how I ended up here but I won't bore you.

Most realtors have a software that will search the MLS in your area for properties that fit your needs.If the realtor is worth their salt, they will be glad to set you up.
