Second, I received a request from State Farm today: Please provide the gross sales/receipts amount for the insured location(s) as reflected on their most recently completed tax filing or anticipated gross sales for the upcoming fiscal year.This strikes me as a little weird and perhaps I shouldn't jump to the conclusion that this info will be used against us (and result in a higher premium).

I hope you also filed that eviction yourself vs. with an attorney- the city of Atlanta has a much longer schedule for evictions if you file with an attorney (crazy, I know).

Based on the rationale, these are probably expensive, and possibly hard to get a service animals - plus the owner probably has emotional attachment to them - and you can never prevent a lawsuit from being filed even if you're not at fault.Just my 2 cents.
