If all else fails the houses go to auction that is where the rest of us can have a go at them.

Well, financing as we know it hasn't been around forever Dion, only about 700 years, but it's not a stretch to go back over 2000 for cash sales, if you include goats, horses, chickens, daughters and such with agreements not to attack or go to war.

I won't buy where I wouldn't go at night to collect rent or serve notice.

However, the opening bid is so high (+$100,000 over market value) that I doubt it will go at that sale.

I think with 50k and some time and effort my 20k goat is doable, I personally from what I know can't find a reason its not.I didn't list this either but only half of the property is being used right now so there is room to double what it is already there.
