I’m use to residential loans and have the best loan officer around but she doesn’t do commercial so I’m searching for someone who knows what the doing and how to work around problems that arise.

The most common portals I found in my search were: Syndication Pro, InvestNext, Groundbreaker, Investor Deal Room, Cash Flow Portal, and Juniper Square.

You can google “your state” and “Hard money lenders” and read up on them,  many will put their requirements on their websites. 

Make sure you do a lot of searches of these forums and set up keyword alerts etc

Main thing for you is: - Have both you and your buddy talk to the same lender and get pre-approved to understand down payment options and what your combined budget would be- Decide how you want title held (joint tenancy or tenants in common) - do a google search on this to see which option is best for you guys- START SHOPPING!
