I speak, read & write fluently & know the ways of the system fairly well having lived and interacted in the country for 5 years.  

Hello BP nation,I am just starting on my journey into REI and I already have a good conundrum....My mother in law, who speaks very good Cantonese, but very poor English, owns a property in CA where a fast food franchise sits.She evidently has had a few franchisees along the way and most recently (at least a few years maybe more) the franchisee is paying rent but without an active current contract. (!)

Some I don't even use an application because no one speaks English, they don't have bank accounts and work in all cash businesses (landscaper, mason, bakery, restaurant cook, etc).

My questions are, Is there a fact sheet that is in plain english that HUD provides describing the ins and outs of renting through HUD?

International "locations" but only English website.Do not send money, if they are getting you a loan any fees can come out of the loan.

Meaning I only speak English and he barely speaks English.
