At then end of the day, as an investor, you have to analyze the deal, run the numbers and look at the other factors that have a direct and indirect impact on the property and neighborhood.

Otherwise you'll just be winging it and you'll lose the case, or worse you'll get sued for malpractice. ha ha....Just get the course and listen to it each day as you drive too and from work.

Even if you do not completely embrace the subject matter of the seminar or the methods, listening to other opinions and methods should help you to form and hone your strategy for success.My goal: You should finish each day a little smarter than you began the day.
