There is multiple holes in the walls ranging from tiny nail holes to door handles being pushed through the walls. one set of mini blinds were destroyedThe dead bolt lock set is brokenThe dogs have scratched the inside and outside of the door and trim as well as chewing the cord that powers the back porch light, and has dug multiple holes in back yard against the foundation.

I am with the tenant on the dog deposit, big dog small dog I don't see the difference, they pee on the floor or chew on the woodwork it doesn't matter what size they are.

People think of big dogs chewing things up and digging holes, but they're more likely to eat the couch, where a small dog is more likely to piddle everywhere and scratch up doors.Just some food for thought.
