It also may hurt you quite a bit if you go and close out your oldest accounts.It used to be the case that if you were added as an authorized buyer on someone else's account that you got to share in the wealth of their pristine payment history.

It would probably affect you right away--the local authorities may require you to correct the situation as soon as you take possession (so you can't even continue renting).

I have a 4 storey commercial office building in another country and 2 storeys out of 4 storeys were vacant.We had 2 sub meters installed, whatever the electricity bill came from authority, we would look at the sub meter readings and divide accordingly.

Read tenant screening suggestions on the forums and contact your attorney for suggestions on getting the authorities involved.

I have spoken with authorities on rezoning and they are of the opinion that the zoning change would not be problematic.

Can a HUD authorized listing agent represent a buyer also in the same deal?

I have dealt with so many problems when it comes to contractors than I care to remember but usually authorities are on the side of the consumer.

No one should be getting your current rent checks without having court authority.
