Just my time in Arlington dealing with the crazy code compliance cops wanting you to mow the grass in a drought and keep your firewood at least 12 inches off the driveway etc...

It also needs to reach to within 2-3 inches of the floor pan.

It's dumping water through a 12 inch pipe directed at my basement from 5 feet away.Now, is this my problem?  

This came up within a week and is now about an inch tall and looking good. 

It looks like it was one whole piece and then broke just a few inches away from the other seam. 

, a 1 inch gap in the sidewalk,  a deck scheduled for immediate replacement with a signed contract(canceled over these-various properties).

The contractor that is doing the work cut 2 - 3 inches into the structural beam,  to accomadate a door!!??  

In the city, as of last night, we had only about an inch and a half of snow......we maybe received an additional 7" last night/this morning. 

The next person comes along and goes hmm its at 255k or 260k then maybe I have a deck I can get 262 and that's how the market inches up.
