At which time go to court and fight over damages (Some places have up to 3 times meaning you can get up to $75)3) Continue to pay late, rack up the damages until it adds up and you are evicted (of course you may be told that you did not try mitigating the damages) then in court present your case fighting for all damages and the ability to stay.Only your lawyer or a judge can tell you if that stated statute applies in your instance.

Below is a pic for reference and if you're just starting out you should punt on these.Going back to the original question, if you do have issues with an older brick building, a lot of times running the steel I-beam across the basement in place of the old wooden one which has bent over time, gets the job done to minimize sagging on the first floor and sound-up the foundation.

My best advice is to be very concise when talking to your RE lawyer, if he's not on a flat fee, you can easily rack up 10-15 hours for this level of negotiation.

Besides safety, the maintenance and life of the deck and stairs are compromised because of items sitting on the wood not letting it dry properly and restricting the ability to clean and maintain it.There shall be no use of grills on the wooden deck because it can cause a fire hazard and can damage the wood with grease or ash.
