Why do I feel like I'm watching "The Jetsons"?

I think the NYC metro area is great for BRRRR, but watch out for the high property taxes - can make positive cash flow difficult in some areas.

Most of that time was spent educating myself by reading books, talking to other investors, and watching youtube videos.

I have an office in the Richardson/Plano area and I have watched the market there for 10 years go up up up, but I have seen property taxes go up up up too. 

In my spare time I sing, dance and I love whale watching. 

I've been watching HGTV at home, I've also watched The big short (a movie about the 2008 house market crash), and also got an few books that I haven't gotten a chance to read yet.

This is an $850k equine facility, the owner and I agree that offering terms will open it up to a lot of people getting started in the business- just want to have some idea of what he can/should offer, and things to watch out for!

You have to watch out for the Single Family Homes that are zoned as SFR but being marketed as Multi Family.  

And make sure you get tickets to a game or two at Fenway and the Garden (even though it's not the ORIGINAL Garden), watch the marathon and see the fireworks from along the Charles on 4th of July.
