I think it's key to hold brokers accountable via certain milestones. 

Can you wholesale a deal that is being advertised on the MLS that it has to be done via a Quitclaim Deed?

Hey gang, One thing ive heard alot from folks lately about is how they are having their spouse qualify as real estate professional status, and getting the hours for it via having them "manage the property manager" and review financial statements (known as investor hours). 

"The Term of the lease commences at noon on March 30 and ends noon June 29"Said tenant only gave me $500 on March 22nd and asked if it was ok to give the remaining $500 by March 29th, in which I agreed via text was fine. 

So Fed, by design, is always working from the back-field on things, but trying to steer the future, via the past, lol.

My husband is a licenesed realtor in the state of Texas and the Brokerage he works for has had weekly updates via email as well as webinars on what they think can be expected and how they will proceed.
