Our no-smoking policy includes vaping.

Wondering if anyone can help me with who I need to get in contact with to see the rules/laws/regulations for these in my county? 

New IRS guidance and proposed regulations were issued yesterday for Opportunity Zones!

I don't really care if tenants vape or smoke marijuana (since they are unlikely to smoke enough to ruin my paint).

Also probably doesn't know what the codes and regulations in that state are. 

Although it is effective by law, the Treasury has yet to release Regulations.

Because LLCs are regulated at the state level, every state is different.  

It's something along the line of $5,000 the first year for the Foundations program, where you get educated on how to invest in a multi-family deal, plus you can come to student events where you can meet the sponsors and build a relationship, which is not only a wise idea when you are investing with someone, it's actually required by SEC regulations.

We are starting to work on Tiny Homes as a project direction -- our program has several years of experience in construction and building quality homes and now I am trying to get to know the regulations and guidelines for Tiny Homes.Would love to connect with anyone else in this Tiny Home world to grown and learn! 

How do I go about finding out local city regulations for this and evaluate the deal?
