Hi! Anyone in Denver who is a student of Brad? My friend in Texas advised him for student program. I live in Denver and was wondering how his teaching based off in Texas helps outside investors.

Chai,

If you live in Denver and want to learn about real estate investing, the best source of training (and it is free) is via Your Castle Real Estate, especially the Denver Metro Investment Group. Speak with Chris Lopez. They have daily free seminars that discuss, financial analysis, deal structure, how to find deals, wholesale, house hacking, BRRR, etc.

If you want to discuss the income property  market, I am available to help.
