Hi! Anyone in Denver who is a student of Brad? My friend in Texas advised him for student program. I live in Denver and was wondering how his teaching based off in Texas helps outside investors.

Speak with Chris Lopez. They have daily free seminars that discuss, financial analysis, deal structure, how to find deals, wholesale, house hacking, BRRR, etc.
