Although, that may be because the seller doesn't show the property unless it's under executed contract.I still wanted to ask about it because I was thinking about that property since about a month ago but because I am a newbie, I need to know if I am on the right track before I pull any trigger.

@Nick Hedberg, no, I haven't used Turnkey, but I am developing a setup Team to help me with my research and to be ready for me or my sourced Investors to pull the trigger (ie. not turnkey).Companies that specialize in selling Turnkey Properties will often/usually have the required after-market services available through them too - at their (full retail, plus admin fee) prices.

Really great investment property realtors will give most newer investors about 3 seconds of their time and if they figure they are jsut starting or do not have the ability to really pull the trigger they blow them off just like I would...

@Brian Burke  @Dion DePaoli I incorrectly believed that an involuntary transfer was different and would not trigger a DOS.
