I stumbled upon real estate investing via YouTube and have recently become obsessed with the idea of turning my savings account into a money making machine (like many others). 

Check out Max Maxwell on youtube or instagram.

He is doing a youtube live even right now as if nothing happened, and you should see the number of excited folks on the youtube chat feeds , they are rolling along just fine like nothing happened...

Wholesaling is something I quickly fell in love with after watching many videos on YouTube and listening to plenty of podcasts.

(YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) 

I do not have any background or knowledge in real estate besides the few articles I have read here and there and of course the “Guru” limited information webinars/podcast/YouTubes.

Capital expenses is a big one.I would have her sign up for bigger pockets, get active on the forums, and read a lot of blogs, watch youtube videos, etc...
