Its a gamble but my thinking is I need to get the property for the lowest possible price and I never want the seller to accept my first offer because that tells me I offered too  much.   

I'm too old to get into this but I'm thrilled about starting small and seeing where this takes me and my two sons.  

This deal sounds too good to be true.You might be thinking "$500 isn't that much money, maybe worth the gamble".  

Betting on appreciation is just another form of gambling.

Thinking about getting into real estate investing has always given me a thrill, so I'd like to do this right.

I imagine it goes both ways, either people are thrilled by the ease of access or disturbed by the thought of the potential noise.

I would be thrilled if we never have another financial crisis but I expect we will.

I recently came across Bigger Pockets and I really am thrilled about the idea of a community of investors coming together and sharing ideas!

Trying to time the stock market, or trying to pick individual stocks to purchase is just another way to gamble.
