Wish I could join... its kinda far from Toronto though.. maybe the wholesaling will pick up in the next few weeks and I'll get myself a nice little Lear jet... optimistic thinking! 

Texturing carefully helps.

I have a bunch of friends that ride stand up jet skis in the surf out there.

My last one (3 bdrm, 1 bath, 2 car SF house) ran me about 16k for everything (i.e. new flooring, drywall repair, scraping popcorn ceilings off and re-texturing, new ceiling fan, new fridge, landscaping, all new interior & exterior paint, some new electrical, foundation repair, termite treatment, complete gut & remodel of bathroom, two new doors and all new door hardware through the house, new water heater, etc etc etc).

Jet Lending hosts a big meet-up at the Texans Grille in City Centre the third Wednesday of each month and there's another one hosted by Noble Mortgage and others that usually falls on the second Wednesday of each month.

I also can't do any processes where the tenant needs to do something on-line; doesn't work in my low income market.I'll cool my jets and stick with this new company a bit longer.

I used to do skip trowel texture till I found out buyers were just fine with knock down. 

I guess the first step which we have to foot the bill for ($650) is to water jet cut the roots out of the pipes.  

I said, you mean those vapor trails from jets?

LOLMy advice is not to get caught up in seeing  someone in front of their Jet or Ferrari and end up spending 50 thousand on training, make sure whomever you work with is actually in the business.
