Usually you'll know right off the bat if a guy says hes a "Certified Welder", he probably really isnt the greatest at welding because of the emphasis of being certified to let everyone know.  

Hi Phillip,I'm also looking for an answer to this question, both for rentals and as an inexpensive aesthetic upgrade to your primary residence.I don't understand the objection that epoxy floors will be "cold" people who like hard floors aren't worried about the temperature of them, they walk around in socks and slippers, no one lays on the floor.

They essentially pump heat from the outside to the inside, and can pull heat even at low temperatures.  

The process would include: having a Chinese factory build the shipping containers in the Guangdong Provice (largest manufacturing area/ construction factories in China) ,shipping them to Tampa,setting them on a concrete slab, cutting out the center walls, welding/ connecting the container, and finishing the center part with tiles..

When they serviced it in May, there was no leak.Spoke to the tenant about raising the temperature being set to 72 all day, she said they feel 72 is not that low, and they have lived in places where they set it to 68 or lower and no issue. 

These are old single pane aluminum casement windows from the 60s, so it's not unreasonable to have a significant temperature differential with outside.

And no offense, but the temperatures in Austin are nothing compared to what people deal with in upstate NY.The power company doesn't control the weather.

I am in Arkansas, we have freezing temperature a few days / year.  

If you are going to allow them to grow you must be prepared for temperatures in the property along with high humidity - which leads to the dreaded M word - MOLD.Don't do it!

We also have motion/vibration sensors, moisture/temperature sensors, light sensors, etc.
