Also, there might be times while you are in the "field", where you aren't around others or even technology for weeks at a time.

I have been working in technology sales for 7 years, and for the next 6 months, my plan was to get my "feet wet" in real estate knowledge to make the jump in Feb 2020.Recently I lost my job, and I'm confronted with the question of finding work again in tech sales (which I'd prefer not to) or going all-in on real estate investing. 

Which I think it due to the lack of technology abilities.

So it's nice to see the operations of running rental property being made easier with technology.

Being in the technology industry, that kind of surprised me....I would love to hear from the community what these gaps are?
