Well let's start at the beginning. My name is Jeremy and I currently reside in Moose Jaw, SK. I have been bouncing around ideas about how to start into real estate. My goal is to start small enough I can handle it myself till I can grow to have a steady amount of positive cash flow.

I have been wanting to find a local investor to help me overcome of the hurdles that I have currently. Including but not limited to fear and anlaysis paralysis. I am only 27 and have 1 kid and another on the way. So I would like to be able to eventually build something that I could step back from.

Also I am always looking for tips and strategies from anyone. It is the digital age and you have to take the time to learn and grow.
