I'm a law-abiding guy myself, but I'm not afraid to color outside the lines on occasion if a group of people are giving themselves an unfair advantage at my expense.

I'm not going to leave it on plain white paper I'm going to try 3 different colors green, pink, and yellow.

My cabinets/counters/paint/tile/doors/windows/roof color/carpet/flooring are all the same in each job, so its easy to not go overboard.

It is very gray in color and starting to splinter off if you walk on it in bare feet.

If a property has a room painted a "special" color, don't leave it and wait for the "right" tenant to come along who happens to like it.

I switch up everything (i.e. the color of the envelop, the size of the envelop, the color of the letter, what the letter says).

There's probably a shower head on one of those partition walls.Not sure your budget or ARV but I've swapped the shower for the toilet, making it a 2 sink vanity - toilet - walk in, tiled shower...Or keep it as is and get creative with some colored walls and a new cool/retro vinyl or tiled floor because it's nice to have a separate toilet room in a shared bath!

White is a nice color too.

And at the same time the Home Designer is saying that the actual color of the cabinet, floor, wall, window treatments are more important(having professionals to help can make things different) than just deorating house with furnitures.
