Because she trusts me and knows that I am not going to get into something unless I completely understand it, she eventually conceded that it must not be that terrible of an idea.In my opinion, the differences usually stem from a lack of education in the matter, and potentially the lack of a solid financial education too.

I just can't remember the code number I quit buying preforeclosures right after the laws in OR and WA were enacted...I think a lot of this stemmed as well from the Florida companies that were charging 1000 to 1,500 telling people they will keep them out of foreclosure... only to have many lose their homes..

While it is nice to have the plumber come and do all of the plumbing at once and a drywaller come in and do all of the dry wall at once, it is better to get one unit done.
