Most of the things I have learned have been through speakers at MnREIA meetings.Creative financing mostly involves buying the property with owner financing or bringing in a partner who has money or doing both.

They usually have a speaker at the event and will have a good number of investors show up to network.

i do think that some nice bluetooth speakers in general would go long way...  

This group does a great job of putting on networking and speaker panel events that covers a wide-array of multi-unit topics: evaluating property, financing options, risk mitigation, property management, AirBnB strategy, 1031 exchange, etc., etc.

All have networking at their events and so,e have a guest speaker to help you learm.My goal this year is to attend 2 enevts a month besides the one I host.
