There have been some delays in getting rent checks but we have negotiated after a period they will be switching to direct ach which I have set up via intuit's spark rent system.

I have been looking it the protest going on around the U.S. and it sparked a couple questions in my head.

Sac put a lot of effort into getting it's nightlife back, they have a terrible basketball team but the new arena sparked new life to that area.

I only want to be in areas the spark joy in my life.

@Taylor Chiu Your thread certainly sparked a debate as to whether pot smokers should be evicted or left alone to enjoy their munchies. 

You can't compete in markets where the investors are overpaying ....Eg from Wall Street JournalDemand from the industry’s biggest players has sparked a rush to emulate and feed them houses.

China reopening will spark demand. 

Cinder block grey everywhere.A home purchase should spark joy.

I could be wrong but it's just a thought.I guess what I'm wondering is if wholesaling in Reno/Sparks worth it or a waste of time?
