If the property is occupied by 2-3 tenants on month to month leases what process would I need to go through in order for them to move out, so I can start fresh with new and vetted tenants?

Fenced yards, green grass, and fresh air, and maybe cheap gas.   

Foot with updated kitchens and fresh paint.

The other big factor that plays into Detroit’s big positive cash flow wins are the enormous amounts of renters desperately looking to move into freshly renovated properties.

My guess is the reason she didn't report the smell the smoke sooner is that fresh paint will cover up smoke odor for a period of time.

Of course, she didn't reveal to my mother that they had been taking over the lot.

Looking for ways to get approved for a low down payment loan such as an FHA while being a 20 year old freshly out of college with a lack in job history.

I wouldn't bother unless the place needed fresh paint anyway.

Does anyone have any less crazy ideas or have any fresh ideas?

Discussion with my PM and insurance broker revealed that they are both aware of other instances similar to this one.
