The right answer will cost you something you perceive as a tangible loss or setback but will give you peaceful resolution, while the wrong answer might be more expedient but will always leave you wondering what if.

In general, the members should have a resolution showing/permitting the sale of the subject property.

I worked in tax resolution and practiced before the IRS on many occassions as well.

So please keep us posted on the resolution of this situation.

But the ones who are saying just to cover it up don't appear to portray it as cutting corners, but rather as a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

Most courts encouragement other resolutions before eviction so for someone to get all the way to the point of being evicted takes a certain type of person that statistically is very high risk it will happen again.However, many PMs and DIY landlords will start the eviction process the day after a tenant is late.

Not much help but I think if we all push forward we can work towards a resolution. 

Also make it firm that if a resolution doesn’t happen right there right now, the offer will not be available afterwards.
