When you dealing with really motivated sellers, you don't play your cards right and they can lose everything.

1) Previously 50% utilization on each credit card (not aggregate of all cards) is now 30% to have an impact on score2) They now look at "payment acceleration" meaning paying the minimums every month is looked down upon..

Thanks all, Still some points are not clear to me.e.g. some Company which installs shower panel & Door which includes parts and labour and they gave us invoice and we paid them using credit card or check so now do we need to issue them 1099.

I will bet dollars to donuts the 18 month 0% is a credit card with teaser rate.or the guru has bought down financing rates from a unsecured lender.. which they pay for out of your 25k.

I would hope you do some sort of background check besides a valid credit card.
