Given that Brevard is not a populous one (particularly considering it is 70 miles tall), you might get more traction with "Brevard" or "Space Coast".

I'm also going to add some outdoor(deck) space and update the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops(modernize) as well as take out the carpet and put down lvp flooring.

I was one of the largest HML in the space prior to 08 I did about 2,000 of these from 02 to 08 melt down  LOL..

Be aware that certain staging items are not designed for regular human use , and may be slightly undersized in order to make the space look bigger.

To @Bryant Brislin point as well - you probably don't want to start anything without first confirming that this spot would be feasible for a national chain, or at least a local chain/restaurant that would be interested in the space.

I've seen clients live upstairs and rent out the basement on Airbnb, so you get the best of both worlds, privacy and your own space while the lucrativeness of Airbnb, so you can definitely live for free or close to it with this strategy. 3) Combo - you can easily do both strategies if you find a house with a walkout basement or separate entrance to the basement, and if you and your significant other are willing, you can Airbnb the basement and then rent out the rooms upstairs.

I hate taxes too, but when Airbnb went from a way for individuals who had extra room to share the space to a BUSINESS, they attracted the attention of authorities who now tax them the same as other hospitality businesses.
