can you be more specific.. some states have a business privilege tax which is nominal.. and some have income tax but that offsets your CA income tax.and some states you need to register your LLC that's a few hundred.. other than that I am thinking its the state and federal tax code.

For a nominal $50 annual loan fee, I have access to my HELOC for a super-cheap interest rate.

I pay nominal monthly desk fees on top of that. 

I don't think it's worth a nominal amount to turn away a good applicant, but you are certainly not obligated either way.   

@Justin Knighten there are a great number of companies that you can hire to be a co-host for your listings (for a nominal fee) and they can handle virtually every aspect of your business, minus access to the funds.

Ours had property management classes for a nominal fee.

You can get people in Asia for a very nominal rate of $3-$5/hr and only use 4-5 hours a week.

Obviously, if the taxable gain is nominal or you have loss carry forwards, skip the 1031.

In GA for instance you file an eviction but also another doc for a nominal fee called (and all others).
