Research and education to find a niche

Hello, I am really excited to be here today.I would love to increase my knowledge in REI. Ultimately I would like to share my success in REI as well.

I believe, from the minimum research I've done, that I will be interested in the buy-hold-rent side of REI and then sell. I would like to gain as much knowledge possible before making any moves.

I have some experience land-lording, but it feels minimal, since I was just looking after and renting out a friends condo, Century City, Los Angeles, California, while he was out of state. he currently sold the condo.

It seemed like perfect cash flow while the asset appreciated.

I would like to thank everyone before hand, and looking forward for the knowledge that will be dropped on me.

Respectfully,

Nathan Alda
