This would still be considered negative cash flow because you have to feed the investment every month.

It also lets everyone feed off of each others experience and knowledge base.

Hi @Todd Goedeke yes, that would be the Rentals LLC in my diagram, sending a management fee to my Consulting Active Income LLC which then feeds my SoloK. 

We have made a great connection with a loan officer who also holds small properties, so he's been feeding me info at a rapid pace.  

Look for regular multiple scam posters who clog up the feed, by searching on their phone number and reporting each and every post till they get banned.2.

Makes me wonder if he doesn't feed marks to his uncle in exchange for a cut....
