I've checked a few times but most stuff that pops up is in the seattle area. which I don't mind but a few real estate networking events that I attended people were more focused on DADU projects.

@Stuart Udis you don’t need a permit to put up a temporary tent for events on rural property.

In event of request to leave early, we write up an early termination agreement and if home isn’t a wreck, it’s stated that we agree on 2 days (usually a Sat for 2 hours) to schedule appointments with prospective applicants.

It’s a non-event in the life of a real estate investor.

Also, keep in mind your liquidity with stocks comes at a cost in that is triggers a taxable event.

Sounds good, my only question would be how should I try to find local investment events as I’ve never heard or been aware of any.

I would highly recommend checking these out each month, along with any networking events in the area.
